Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaker, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Karbala, received Professor Abdul Amir Al-Quraishi, Director of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, on a visit to offer congratulations and discuss enhancing cooperation mechanisms between the two sides.
The two sides discussed mechanisms for joint cooperation in research and scientific fields, with a focus on projects that serve students and the academic community and enhance the role of higher education in addressing societal issues, in addition to addressing the importance of holding seminars, conferences and joint scientific events that shed light on legal and developmental issues in Karbala Governorate and beyond.
While the Dean of the College of Law stressed during the meeting the importance of partnerships with research centers, to achieve integration in scientific efforts and enhance the impact of academic research in serving the community.
The Director of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research congratulated Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaker on assuming the position of Dean of the College.
